You'll actually have two private rooms:
• Large double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and city views
• Separate smaller room - perfect as a home office, dressing room, storage space or creative studio

Rent: £1,712.50/month for one person, or £856.25 each for a couple plus bills
Deposit: £1,833.50 (protected in the landlord's deposit scheme)

Furnishings: The rooms come partly furnished. Everything shown in the room photos is included except the mattress, wardrobe, desk and office chair. These can be purchased from the current tenants for £100 altogether.
Suitable for: One person or a couple
Tenancy: 12-month minimum term

💡 Bills
Approximately £125 per person/month, although this can increase slightly during winter. Council Tax is Band C.
We each take responsibility for specific household bills and settle up monthly. Your allocated bills would be:
• Electricity
• Water
