The Room
You'll have two rooms:
•Large double bedroom with ensuite and city views
•Separate smaller room, ideal as a study, dressing room, storage space, or creative studio

Rent: £1,712.50/month for an individual or £856.25 each for a couple.
Deposit: £1,833.50 (protected in the landlord's deposit scheme).

The rooms come partly furnished. Everything shown in the photos is included except the mattress, wardrobe, desk, and office chair, which can be purchased from the current tenants for £100.

Suitable for: One person or a couple
Tenancy: Rolling 12-month contract and minimum 12-month stay.

Bills
Approximately £100 per person per month (Council Band C), although this may increase during winter.

We each take responsibility for specific household bills and settle up monthly. Your share would cover:
•Electricity
•Water

You'll be sharing with two friendly Australian women:
•Tee – works in event operations
•Marie – works in the music industry
