A BIT ABOUT ME:

I’m a queer Australian from Sydney and have lived in London since 2005, working as a primary music teacher in an international school. I’ve just returned from working in Singapore and studying in Derbyshire, so I’ve only recently moved back into the flat. I’m currently retraining as a music therapist and studying for a full-time master's degree. I travel to Derby overnight day a week and am out two other full days on placement. I also occasionally travel for teacher training assignments in Europe. I also have a young adult son who lives in Brighton with his partner and comes for very occasional overnight stays.

I love to cook, go for walks, swim, and I play in an orchestra. I’m fairly sociable, but I also like pottering around at home, and I’ve just restarted the balcony garden. Having lived with housemates through different periods of my life, I'm well trained!

WHO AM I LOOKING FOR?

I’m looking for someone respectful, responsible, open-minded, LGBTQ+ friendly and reasonably clean and tidy. It’s really important to me that our home feels like a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment. Someone who will enjoy a cuppa or glass of wine and a meal together, but who equally respects each other's boundaries.
