Two lovely double rooms available 13th & 20th Sept

This is Andreea. I live in a lovely two-storey house in between Shoreditch and Bethnal Green and I am looking for 2 new like-minded flatmates for the 2 double bedrooms in this house. There was a lot of time and effort put into making this place a home, so I'm looking for respectful people that share that mentality and contribute to make it even better.

Both of my current flatmates are moving out of the country because their visas are ending :(((. So it would be great to find someone social, tidy and easy to share the house with to take over their rooms. Bonus points if we share the same interests and we easily vibe.

The rooms are available to move in from:
(Room 1) Cozy Double Bedroom: 13 September 2026 ( rent £660 ; deposit £600 )
(Room 2) Spacious Double Bedroom: 20 September 2026 ( rent £720 ; deposit £650 )

THE FLAT:
The property is a two-storey house occupying the top half of a four storey block. It is a generously sized house with plenty of daylight.

- Lower floor: here you will find the heart of the house a big shared living room (my fav room of the house) facing the garden, and a balcony. Additionally, there is a fully equipped kitchen and an entrance hall with stairs leading to the upper floor.

- Top floor: this level has three bedrooms and separated toilet and shower. There is also storage space available here.

- Garden: there is a garden (6x10m aprox.) on the ground floor, accessed separately.

THE ROOMS:
Both rooms available are located on the top floor and have plenty of sunlight. One is a cosy double bedroom and the other is a spacious double bedroom. And very luckily, they have great views of Canary Wharf, especially at night!

BILLS:
Bills are not included, but average out to around £125 a month per person.

LOCATION:
Right between Shoreditch and Bethnal Green, with Brick Lane, Spitalfields a short walk away. If you have been around London for a while, there is not much you don’t know already. If not (note that all are “WALKING” distances!):

ME:
I came to London in 2019 for my design undergrad and been here since, with a few longer holidays out of the country here and there. This year I've put my acting hobby on pause and I've been focusing a lot on my career and changing things around a bit. At the moment I'm part of a creative agency as a junior producer and art director.
I like to live in a clean, cosy and warm environment (literally, 22°C and up is my ideal room temp). Some of my fav things are doing pilates, watching movies (what a shocker!), learning new Spanish words, trying new places to eat, hanging out with friends. I love design (fashion, interior design) and I'm trying to teach myself motion design. And sometimes I bake, which I'm looking forward to do soon and share some with you.
I like staying in and enjoying this lovely flat, but also, I love the area I live in and I like to take advantage of that whenever I can.

We all have busy lives, but I enjoy bonding and chatting with my flatmates or have a movie night every now and then. Not a party house though, soz!

YOU (x2):
I'm looking for a young like-minded professional. Ideally someone who works from the office. Chilled, friendly and easy-going, you would be a person looking for a place to call home. That being said, you'd be the type of person that feels comfortable with a weekly cleaning rota, that cleans as they go when using the kitchen, tidies up after themselves. You know, the basics, you have initiative when it comes down to things that are house related.
