Double bedroom in Bethnal Green

We are looking for a new housemate to live in our much loved home in Bethnal Green.
You will be living with myself Riona age 40 (soon!) and Cassius 43.
We are both creatives and would love a creative too, but not essential.
We have both lived here for around 6 years! We have an amazing landlord who is kind and keeps the rent affordable. We want someone who values how special this home is :)
Move in date October 1st (or can move in from 28th Sept for £49 extra paid to previous housemate)
-Rent: £567!
-Bills approx £150/160
-cosy double room with built in wardrobe and newly laid down carpet.
-2 bathrooms!
-Huge living room
-Ground floor
-Small garden
-Nice neighbours :)

Please note, I think there is a deposit, but I need to check with previous housemate / landlord.
