Looking for a flatmate in my new home

Hello! My name is KK (they/them) a non-binary corporate queer who works in digital advertising in the city.

I am looking for someone with great energy to share my brand new 3rd floor 2 bedroom (2 bathroom) apartment close to Broadway Market. I live here with my small 17 year old dog, who mostly sleeps all day, so you’ll need to be dog friendly! We only moved in mid-April, so still getting final bits together (all of which will be done before the 11/09!).

Ideally looking for someone who is LGBTQ+ who spends a mixture of time at home and out for work - I primarily work from home and go into the office 1-2 times a week. I am mostly home on the weekends so looking for someone who is respectful of space, quiet, clean, and also enjoys socialising too :)
The room is an essentials furnished double room that receives plenty of natural light due to the large floor the ceiling windows and balcony access (wardrobe, ottoman bed, desk & chair). There is a separate bathroom, with a bath! There is underfloor heating throughout the property to keep us warm too. The living space is open plan with the kitchen/diner, complete with the balcony that is also accessible from the bedroom. Alongside the balcony for outdoor space, there are manicured gardens that the development is within too.
