The flat has one bathroom, a cosy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a small workspace at the entrance where Charlotte works from home when she's not at the office. The building also has parking, a communal rooftop terrace, and a concierge from 8am to 8pm every day.
The flat faces west, so the whole place gets gorgeous afternoon light!
The building is incredibly well located!! You can walk to Victoria Park, Shoreditch, and Columbia Road Flower Market, and you’re surrounded by supermarkets (honestly, SO many), plus a 24/7 shop right downstairs for anything last minute.
We’re looking for someone easygoing who enjoys living in a clean and organised space and is mindful about sharing a home!
We’re planning to set aside two full days next week to run viewings back‑to‑back, so please bear with us! We’ll get back to you as soon as we can and offer a time slot that works for both your availability and ours.
