Room in amazing Shoreditch flat with garden!

1 double room available in my flat. The flat is fully furnished with everything you would need. We also have a massive garden which we make good use of in the warmer months - BBQ’s, dinner parties, drinks!
Flat is all short walking distance to Shoreditch high street overground (8 minutes), Whitechapel (11 minutes), Bethnal Green underground (10 minutes) and overground (6 minutes) and old street (20 minutes). Brick lane is a short walk away and so are loads of shops and restaurants including Tesco, Big Sainsbury’s, Aldi, and Lidl.

You will be living with myself Lily (25), Stella the cat and my other housemate is currently looking for someone to move into her room (but will be a girl). We love going out and doing things together such as nights out, events, shopping, Sunday carboots. However we also respect time alone. So I would love for the next person who moves in to become a friend as well.

I work in Marketing and I’m normally in the office 5 days a week, I also work part time at the best pub in Bethnal Green a couple evenings a week.

The house mate in this room is unfortunately moving in with his girlfriend (:( but understandable).

Council tax: £45
WiFi: 12
Water: 30
Gas & elec: depends on month but about £30
