Spacious double room, in a friendly refurbished and well equipped property. very close to all buses, tubes, markets, restaurants and plenty of local as well as central London amenities. We have bicycle parking and are close to Victoria Park. There are canal Paths, Leisure and swimming facilities all within easy reach. We have a low turnover of housemates, so ideally 6 month minimum. Bills are inclusive, & broadband is available although for home work and streaming you may be best with your own service. Ideally, we require a friendly non smoker, on a rolling agreement with 30 day notice.
