Spacious room in new property by the canal

Hi, we're looking for a professional sharer to take a double room in our apartment. We have a spacious room, furnished, in a large, top floor apartment overlooking the canal. Everything is modern and new, the apartment itself and all the appliances and furniture. The bathroom is shared. The apartment is on the third floor (no lift, so it will keep you fit!), and has the benefit of an amazing private roof terrace with uninterrupted views over the canal, the city and the whole of east London. Close to Broadway market, Victoria park and an abundance of new and cool bars and cafes.

The room itself is huge and has a double bed, big wardrobe and plenty of space for any additional items you wanted to bring.

We're looking for someone relaxed, good humoured, clean, tidy, non smoking (well, the odd social cigarette on the terrace is ok), happy to have a meal together but respectful of everybody's private time. Someone who'll look after the place like their own home.

This is a happy flatshare with a good atmosphere so we want someone to come in and enjoy it with us.

We are looking for someone for at least 3 months but there is the option to stay for longer.

PS: since all the furniture in the room was bought brand new by the tenants we will ask you to buy out what is in the room for a small contribution well below the price of the new (it's just a few mid-range ikea items so no big expense, but best to be clear upfront)
