We are very quiet and that’s why we like less people in the flat. That is why we are renting double room to single female.

Monthly rent only £520 (equivalent to £120pw) inc all bills (Electricity, Gas, Water, Unlimited Wireless Internet, Tv Licence). So, no extra cost...all included in rent.
