Furnished double room in beautiful terraced house

The house has two amazingly sunny terraces, an open lounge room & dining area, and a further converted big loft space for hanging out. A shared modern bathroom, beautiful original wooden floors, and a bright modern kitchen with dishwasher, smeg gas stove - and huge bifold doors that open out to the ground floor terrace! There is loads of common space, and a weekly cleaner.

The street is quiet and residential, sandwiched between Bethnal Green Road and Hackney Road- a simply perfect area for socialising and meeting people!

The room is on the third floor with a lovely huge sash window with venetian blinds, and comes furnished with a double bed, wooden wardrobe and bedside table.

Shoreditch, Brick Lane, London Fields, Columbia Road, Victoria Park & Broadway market are all a stones throw away! It's a truly amazing area of London to be a part of :)

There are 3 bedrooms in total. As people have just moved out, the house is going through a bit of a change over the next 2 weeks, but will then look absolutely beautiful once again after that.

Existing couple is Australian but have lived in the UK back and forth for years... Looking for like minded people who are respectful, clean & tidy, but who also like to have a drink and a good laugh!

So there will be 4 housemates in total once the rooms are filled... However the house is so huge that we will all have HEAPS of space throughout!

Oh yeah, our room has an ensuite, so the 2 newbies to the other 2 rooms will only have to share a massive bathroom with each other & any guests... Massive bonus :)

There are 2 large amazing outdoor areas for smokers, as smoking inside is not preferable...

7 min to Bethnal Green Station, 5 min to Cambridge Heath Station, 5 min to Columbia Flower market, 10 min to London Fields and Broadway market.
