Nice Single In House 2 Minutes From Brick Lane All

Hi everyone… , we are looking for 1 clean – easy- going house mate.

PLEASE NOTE MOVE IN DATE IS 8/11/2014.

LOCATION: is probably the best thing of the house. We are 2 minutes away from the heart of Brick lane, close to white chapel /Bethnal green tube stations and a five minutes’ walk from Bethnal green train station that connects u with Liverpool street (and its tube lines) in 5 minutes and Shoreditch over ground is also within walking distance. We are 5 minutes walk from a huge tesco and 10 minutes from a massive Sainsbury. And we are 30 seconds from weavers park.

THE HOUSE: it does not have a separate living room, as the kitchen is quite big and fits a table, we use the living room as a bedroom to bring the costs down. It has a separate toilet/ bathroom and patio (only available to the big room, but benoit is cool about sharing his patio) and a front yard (available to all). The house is clean and very sunny. It has fast speed internet.

ROOMS: There room available is a big single room, which includes a 3/4 bed, storage space and a small desk.

THE FLATMATES: 2 early twenties frenchies and one thirties Scot, artistic? to a certain extent, but not steroticial hipsters I am afraid. We are all very chilled but not when it comes about cleaning. There is a rota in place and we expect to have the kitchen clean on a daily basis.

CONDITIONS: NO age, gender, nationality or occupation preference. We will need a month deposit and reference checks. We will provide you with a sublet contract.
