Two house mates will be leaving for the summer to pursue work outside of London and need two renters to take over the remaining lease.

This flat is highly accessible to Bus Routes 26, 48, 55 as well as Cambridge Heath Rail Station and Bethnal Green Tube station [all between 0-10 minutes walking distance].

Is in an ideal location for those pursuing internships or summer courses in the nearby financial district as well as several centrally located universities.

** Will need first month's rent and the security deposit. You will receive your deposit back at the end of August when the lease ends.

***Security deposits include furniture, as the flat was rented unfurnished initially.

Room One:
-Furnished with bed (frame and mattress), an open wardrobe, a closed wardrobe (with doors), and a desk with shelves and adjoining chair. [Lots of storage space, has comfortably accommodated someone with a large wardrobe and books].
-Large window that allows for plenty of natural light.
-Shares large bathroom that features a shower/bathtub combination, sink, and toilet with remaining flatmate.

Room Two:
-Furnished with bed (frame and mattress), an open wardrobe, and a desk with shelves and adjoining chair.
-Accommodated with an en-suite bathroom that features a shower stall, toilet, and sink with mirrors.

Shared:
-We offer a beautiful kitchen with plenty of storage and natural light.
-Also we have a small seating area outside of our flat with views of Canary Wharf and is absolutely lovely place to have your morning coffee!

Flatmate:
Nanna, is a twenty-five-year-old Performance Studies MA student at nearby Kings College. She loves all things cultural, but doesn't mind having a relaxing beer and watching the football. She is an excellent cook and is a very respectful housemate. She will be busily writing her dissertation during this time but would love to be as involved as a flatmate as time permits.
