Flat avaliable on bethnal green road

Hi, I am moving out around the 15th of May and my room will be up for grabs. It's a small double £700 including bills. The flat has a shared living room, separate kitchen and one bathroom. It also has a communal balcony (not amazing but some outdoor space non the less).

Current flatmates that will be staying are both mid 20s, professionals who enjoy chilling out and watching tv in the week and the usual socialising and being out and about with friends on weekends. They are preferably looking for someone of a similar age and interests and new flatmate must be English speaking.
