Short-term let in chilled, fun flat

I'm off on holiday for 3 weeks in August and would like to offer my room for rent.
It's available from the 6th through to the 25th.
You will be sharing with two other Australian guys. The guys are fun and relaxed and very social.
The room is a small double, has great light and a comfortable bed. The flat has recently been refurbished. It has a lounge room where the boys and I meet for meals and drinks, and a little balcony with great views of the city.
Victoria park is less than 5 minutes walk away.
A 20 minute walk in the other direction and you're in Broadway market.
