Boom boom boom we want you in our room!

Here we go...

Sadly, two of our flatmates are moving out but we are excited to find two new ones to join our relaxed and chilled home.

In terms of location, it is just 7 minutes walk to Bethnal Green station and literally 2 minute walk to Victoria Park and the Canals. We also have Boris Bike stations at our door step and 2 local convenience stores.

The both rooms have double beds along with plenty of storage space.

One of the best parts of the flat is the balcony which faces West so we get to catch some epic sunsets whist overlooking the Shard and other London landmarks in the distance.

We have a pretty big lounge with nice flatscreen TV and random artwork dotted about. Might be also worth noting that our bathroom has a surprisingly good shower.
Side note; we also have a washing machine and a dishwasher.

The newbie would need to be tidy, sociable but also working as we are not wanting any students.

The rent for one of the rooms is £565/m and the other is £535/m. Bills are not included but they cost in total around £70. This includes Gas, Electric, Broadband etc.
