My name is Catherine, I am 29, work as an energy analyst and live in a beautiful 2 bed flat in Bethnal green.
The flat is perfectly located, close to the central line but also a short walk from the hussle and bustle of Broadway market, London fields and the lovely Victoria park.
I am very independent and sociable and see the flat as somewhere to come home to and relax.

I am looking for a flatmate who takes pride in their home, who is laid back and someone who, like me, knows how to work hard and play hard. Someone to sit and have dinner and a couple glasses of wine with or at times several cups of tea.

The room is a good size double. The flat is decorated to a high standard and the balcony off the lounge has proven to be a great people watching spot.

I am renting through an agent, so there will be a new contract and agency fees. But it's definitely worth it. Including all other bills, the total monthly cost is just under £900.
