Small double room available for 1 month from 23rd August for £350. It is the end of our tenancy on September 20th however the rent in my new flat overlaps by a month with my rent payments in this one :) so I am looking for someone who needs a room for a month only. Excellent location 5 mins from Bethnal Green tube station (Central line) and 10 mins from Shoreditch. Other housemates are two students and a professional who would prefer someone tidy and with minimal stuff in order to make moving out quick and easy! The flat includes a good size living room and kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Ideal for anyone needing a conveniently located place to stay for a month.
