Perfectly located double room in Bethnal Green

Hi all,

I am moving out of my double room in Bethnal Green. It's in a great location - just off Bethnal Green Road (the high street), so less than 5 mins to the tube station which is perfect if you work anywhere on the Central Line.

There's a large Tesco 2 mins round the corner and Subway, MacDonald's, KFC etc. if that's your thing.

Shoreditch and Brick Lane are about 10 mins walk down the road and Victoria Park is around 15 minutes walk.

The room comes with a double bed (with bedding if you don't have your own), a desk and chair, a chest of drawers, a cupboard and a full-length mirror.

There is a shared kitchen with a gas cooker, fridge freezer, microwave etc. and a shared toilet and bathroom.

There are currently two French guys living here, an American and an Italian who are all very friendly.

The rent is 671 per month. You'd need to pay a deposit of 671, first month's rent and an admin fee of 155 to the estate agency if you wished to move in.
