I have a bright fully furnished double bedroom available in a two-bedroom flat in Bethnal Green.

The flat is situated just off Bethnal Green Road, less than a minute walk to the tube station, 2 minutes walk to the rail station with all night buses just along the main road and just a 10 minute walk to Brick Lane/Shoreditch.

There is a 24/7 convenience store across the street, with Tesco, Sainsbury’s and Iceland all less than 5minutes walk as well as numerous pubs, cafes and restaurants, parks, banks, shops and markets. Basically everything. The location is great.

The flat is on the 2nd floor of a residential block, very secure with an entry-phone system, mostly families and professionals in the block, so mostly quiet and well maintained.

The room is a double with a double bed, desk, chair, wardrobe and a large window so it gets a lot of light from the back where downstairs there is a large communal garden which is nice if the weather’s good.

The current tenant will be leaving October so the room will be available from October 15th. I am looking for someone who can move in on that date preferably.

£700 per month (inclusive of all bills and unlimited broadband Internet) as well as £700 deposit in advance.
