The accommodation is a large studio which has a full kitchen with all amenities including a washing machine and on demand hot water, a modern wet room, and a large crows nest type bedroom all presented and fitted to a decent standard. There is a good size furnished living space.
We are very close to Victoria Park, with Buses, Central, Circle and District Line tubes and overground all within ten minutes walk, there are excellent transport links all across London. Plenty of fabulous restaurants, pubs, swimming pools and health facilities are within easy reach either on foot or bicycle and access to several canal networks is at the end of the street. We are looking for a straight forward agreement with the arrangement operating on a month by month rolling contract, thus requiring 1 month notice either way served at the beginning of the monthly rent period.
