Large bright Double room in cozy flat share.

Hi,

A large sized double room in Bethnal Green will be available from the 4th of October. Preferably we see a single person, with full time occupation, moving in.. we do however consider a couple/two friends to share the room as well (TOTAL RENT FOR 2 PEOPLE WILL BE £900 PCM. £800 for single).

All bills are included. We have high speed WiFi.

The flat will be shared with myself and my partner, both professionals working full time(office hours).
The bedroom is large, bright and comes furnished. You will share the kitchen, and bathroom with us.. unfortunately there is no living room.

The location is perfect (at least if you're asking us). Bus stops just around the corner, taking you to places as Brick lane, Shoreditch, Canary Wharf, Tottenham ct rd.. and if you have the short walk to the station you can find more buses as well as the underground, Central line. If you don't feel like leaving the area you can also find all you need around here, bars, banks, post offices, restaurants, a huge Tesco, etc...

We have had some terrible flat mates before.. so basically, we are looking for someone who isn't a pain to live with. haha! Meaning, you need to be clean and tidy up after yourself.. and we would appreciate it if you do not vomit on the bathroom wall and then leave it there for the next day (did happen before, true story).
