Diva seeking new room mate :-)

Hi there, I am currently searching for a new flat friend. The Room will be available from late October. Unfortunately my Spanish room mate has to flee the nest and go back to he's native homeland.

The room I have available is a spacious double room, very clean and nicely decorated. There is shared bathroom and kitchen. I must mention my flat mate or I don't use broadband as We use our 4G connection's but if you need broadband we can arrange that problems. Just tell me and we sort it.

I am a musician so you might hear me sing now and again but I do not singer after 11am and I don't sing constantly either to loud music! I like the quiet & to rest my gold pipes too!
