Shared warehouse space in Bethnal Green live/work

This is my room in an honestly fantastic (best place I have lived in London, very wow) shared warehouse space on top of Bethnal Green tube. I am abroad for two to three months (flexible, 3 max) and looking for someone to take over my live/work space for this time.
Sharing with a mix of artists and professionals, slightly older crowd (late twenties/thirties). The flat is a HUGE space carved up into work spaces and big communal areas with small cubicle bedrooms which are cozy and well appointed but do not have DOORS. My room is the largest and double sized with a huge storage cupboard, its own outside door and a share in my massive workspace (you must be willing to live with some taxidermy including a peacock) but plenty of storage, work and desk space.
The room is furnished with king sized mattress, shelves, hanging space and chest of drawers, recently decorated.
You MUST get on with the other very lovely people in the flat, if you have a nice attitude and something interesting work wise to bring to the mix so much the better, Everyone is fairly clean and neat, basics (milk cleaning etc) come out of a shared pot, and we all have a very friendly grown up approach to sharing.
Bills add up to about forty quid a month including the shared pot and the internet. I pay 700 for the room and work area but am only asking 600 as I need to leave my stuff (mostly taxidermy, I sell it) in my workspace, there'll be plenty of space for you.
