Hi, We are two professionals living in a lovely, tidy flat that overlooks Regents canal and Old Ford Lock as well as Victoria Park.

The flat has a spacious downstairs area consisting of a kitchen, hall and lounge area and a wonderful big patio with BBQ and bike storage. Upstairs is a shared bathroom and loo and 3 bedrooms. The room is small but it comes with a double bed and an external closet and cupboard in the hallway outside for your personal use.

There are really good transport links (12 min walk to BG tube, 15 min walk to mile end tube, 5 mins from 8, 277 buses, 10 mins to Cambridge Heath Station and 55 bus) and all the general amenities nearby.

We are looking for a person in full-time employment, who is looking for a real home in London. Someone who enjoys both staying in and going out with friends and who enjoys a glass of wine on the patio from time to time.

The rent is  £500 pcm and then bills come in at  £150 per month inclusive of cleaner and all bills.
