We're looking for a lovely new housemate to join our home in Bethnal Green! If you're looking for more than just a place to sleep and would love to be part of a friendly, respectful household, we'd love to hear from you.

* £950 per month
* Bills not included (usually around £100/month for electricity, gas, water, internet and council tax)
* Fully furnished with:
* Double bed and mattress
* Desk and chair
* Book shelf
* Bedside table

🏡 The Flat
Our flat is spread over two floors and has four bedrooms in total. The available room is on the ground floor.
The house has:
* 1 full bathroom and 2 half baths (2 showers and 2 toilets altogether)
* Kitchen with small table
* Living room with dinning table and TV 
We've put a lot of love into making this feel like a real home rather than just a shared house, and we're hoping to find someone who feels the same.

📍 The Location
* 5-minute walk to Bethnal Green Station
* 10–15 minute walk to Stepney Green Station
* Very green area! Less than 10 minutes to Victoria Park and Mile End Park
* Quiet part of Bethnal Green with lots of families, but just a short walk away form the heart of East London - Shoreditch, Hackney, Bethnal Green Road, and Brick Lane 
* The street is lovely and quiet, especially at weekends, as the flat overlooks a primary school.

👋 About Us
You'll be living with three young professionals:
* Emily-Rae (28), social policy researcher
* Hannah (26), project manager
* Cece (25), lawyer (criminal defense/civil law)

We're a friendly and sociable house. We enjoy watching TV together, chatting in the living room, having craft nights, going for walks, or heading to the pub every now and then. At the same time, we all appreciate having our own space and respect each other's privacy.
We like having friends over occasionally, but we're definitely not a party house.

Our live-out landlord, Howard, is always been quick to respond whenever anything needs fixing.

We're looking for someone who is:
* A woman aged 25+
* A working professional or postgraduate student
* Tidy, considerate and respectful
* Happy to be part of a friendly household while also enjoying their own independence

We have a cleaning rota and really care about keeping the flat clean and welcoming. We're looking for someone who'll help look after the house because they genuinely enjoy living in a shared home and want to contribute to a positive, respectful atmosphere.
