I would like to sublet my large double bedroom with en suite while I am away. The room is in a spacious 2 bedroom flat in a secure new build development with concierge. It is located adjacent to Meath Gardens and Regent’s Canal. Victoria Park is just a few minutes walk away.

Flat is clean and contemporary, there is a balcony overlooking Meath Gardens Park and there are amazing city views from the development.
To leave your bike safe there are bicycle stands in the basement car parking area.
Flat has a fast internet connection with Hyperoptic fiber broadband.

You would be sharing a flat with one male working in a creative profession. He is easy going, open minded, interested in nature, music, philosophy.

Room is available until the 2nd of August. Moving in dates are flexible.
