The property is a spacious 2-bedroom flat (68m² + large balcony) in a secure new-build property with a concierge, located on the Regent’s Canal and surrounded by nature: Mile End Park, Meath Gardens, and just a few minutes walk to Victoria Park.

The flat is well-connected with public transport: a 7-minute walk to Mile End tube station (Central, Hammersmith & City, District Line) or a 10-minute walk to Bethnal Green tube station, with buses & National Express bus to Stansted Airport.

You are in East London with lots of green spaces around, including markets, cafes, art studios, Brick Lane, Columbia Road Flower Market, Shoreditch, Broadway Market, and the London Buddhist Centre. Mile End Climbing Wall with its new sauna facilities is just across the canal.

The flat is always bright as it is south-facing, with many plants, an open-plan kitchen, a dining corner, and floor-to-ceiling windows. There is a large balcony overlooking the canal and open green space towards Mile End Park, Queen Mary University Campus, and Canary Wharf.

Unfortunately, there is a rail line which is noticeable when sitting on the balcony, but one gets used to it very quickly.
