Description

This is a really lovely big bright four bedroom flat. Although it's four bedrooms, normally only three people will be living here, with the fourth bedroom empty (available for occasional family visits etc).

The flat has polished floor boards throughout, bright kitchen, bathroom, separate living/ dining and a lovely sunny feel. Very well maintained. It's a quiet end flat in a well maintained block, looking onto trees with secure entry and lift. We've been sharing rooms in the flat for many years now, and everyone who comes to see it says it's the best they've seen from Spare Room for the price.

Note: it's a LGBT+ friendly household.

ROOM AVAIL - the second largest bedroom in the flat, (but we still have a livingroom!), with a big Ikea wardrobe for all your stuff, memory foam mattress, and nice bed. There's room for a desk or bookshelf in the room, and lots of storage. Plenty of room and light if you want to work from home. It looks onto a quiet street and trees.

There's great furniture throughout the flat, a mix of midcentury and modern, art and fixtures, a big fridge for all your food, plus all the cooking bits you'll need. It's four bedroom, but normally only two other people will be living here, with a separate living/ dining area, and the existing flatmates are busy, with different schedules and travel loads, so it's not too cramped and there's never a bathroom pileup.

The bills come to a flat £100 per month added to the rent (so £1250 in total). This covers all bills, even those crazy electricity prices, service charge, council tax, gas, fast broadband, AND cleaner once per week. The cleaner is AMAZING, will change your sheets if you ask, and tidy up. As well as the usual. Bliss.

It's just 7 minutes walk to Bethnal Green tube, as well as bus routes (55/8/48/26) and overground, as well as Barclay's bikes. Broadway Market, Columbia Road, amazing coffee, Victoria Park, gyms, decent pubs and clubs and great food all at the doorstep, Sainsbury's and Tesco just nearby.

You'd be sharing with two people. The current flatmates are Ermes (he/ him) and Ifan (he/ him). Ifan is a journalist. Into music, film, cafes, galleries, travel, cooking, gym, riding bikes, going out for a drink. Ermes is a personal shopper, into fashion and art. It's a generally nice house, not a place to bring the after party, but great for having a few friends over for dinner or coffee, or having a glass of wine with housemates when everyone is about.

Looking for someone who can fit well in the flat and make it a nice home, but no couples sorry. Someone interesting, responsible and friendly that we can enjoy living with is what counts.

Get in touch if you think this sounds interesting!

Thanks!
Andrew
