The room is fully furnished with a large wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and a lovely comfy double bed with storage underneath.
Living, dinning room and kitchen is for everyone to share. With a balcony where we sit and hang out when its warm.
Apartment is located within in a private development with gated access and a concierge.
As part of maintaining a good balance in the flat, we’re looking for someone who does not work from home. Great vibes and LGBTQ+ friendly. The room is best suited to someone who works elsewhere.
Rent also includes:
Fast speed fibre optic broadband.
The only bill that we share will be electricity, all other bills are included.
Very close to Bethnal Green, Mile End and Stepney Green tube stations and regular connection to two night bus services if you work in the city or central London. Hackney, Stratford and Shoreditch all close too.
