Hello, we're Victoria and Serita, two 30 something British girls, looking for a friendly, easy going flatmates to join our home.
The Flat & Room:
Our flat is on the 5th floor (don’t worry there is a lift) of a clean and secure complex with 24hr security across the road from Bethnal Green Tube Station.
The apartment is bright, well kept and feels very homely with stunning views of the city.
The room available has a double bed, large built in wardrobe, a bedside table, a long IKEA cabinet/shelving unit and small desk.
You will be sharing the nice size bathroom with separate bath and shower with 1 other person.
There is also a good size kitchen/living area which has amazing views over the city and large sunset facing windows that let in a huge amount of natural light into the house.
We have a great open plan kitchen with stainless gas stove / oven, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and separate tumble dryer. The building also has a concierge, a communal garage if you have a bike and communal roof terrace as well.
The flat is literally a stones throw from the Bethnal Green tube station. It is in a great location, with several supermarkets nearby, numerous bars and restaurants, fast food and great transport links.
Broadway Market, Columbia Road Flower Market, London Fields and Victoria Park are just a short walk away and Shoreditch / Liverpool Street and Brick Lane are just 15mins or less by public transport.

About Us:
Both busy professionals in our 30s, we work full time (WFH ~2 days a week), we are social and friendly but, live our own lives.
We enjoy a glass of wine and a catch up in the living room when we cook. We both live active lives, enjoy going to the gym, chilled nights in with a glass of wine and a movie, enjoy restaurants and bar, and just generally making the most of what London has to offer.
We are looking for someone friendly, who is considerate, clean and responsible to join us.
