Ideally it would be best if you are already established in London. A fun vibrant person with an outgoing attitude welcome!

We have one double bedroom available starting 30th September in our four-bedroom flat in Sunlight Square, Bethnal Green, a gated development of flats converted from an old soap factory, very close to Bethnal Green Tube Station.

The rent 744.88 month excluding bills (normally about 800/month total). Deposit is 1000. We will sign a new tenancy agreement on 30th September, so will need you to take over the tenancy from then. (can move in on the 1st of October if that suits can discuss further)

The bedroom is a good size double with a large window, double bed, wardrobe, desk and a bookcase.
