Beautiful Double Room in Shoreditch/Bethnal Green

Hi Future Flatmate!

My current flatmate is moving out as she is moving back to Ireland so I am looking for someone to move in from the 18th of October 2024 to the 18th of February 2025.

I have lived in this lovely flat for the past 7 years and absolutely love it and the area.

The flat itself is bright, modern and located in the heart of Shoreditch/Bethnal Green. It’s around the corner from Columbia Road Flower Market and within easy walking distance to Broadway Market, London Fields and Victoria Park - which are all great weekend ramble locations! It’s also a 10 minute walk to Shoreditch High Street/Hoxton Overground Stations and a 15 minute walk to Bethnal Green/Old Street Underground Stations. The flat is fully furnished and includes a modern kitchen and bathroom. We have a massive dining table and open living room, perfect for entertaining and relaxing (&/or WFH). We have also recently refurbished the balcony which will be perfect for drinks in the summer :)

You would be sharing the flat with me & my bicycle :) - I'm a 36 year old Civil Engineer who works in the Construction Industry. This means I mostly work on site Mon-Fri from 7:30am - 6pm, so if you’re currently WFH you would have the flat to yourself most days (unless I am able to squeeze a WFH in day myself)! The long hours mean I usually keep things fairly chilled during the week but I enjoy running, cycling, cooking, having a glass of wine and catching up with friends over the weekend :)
I am looking for someone who is likeminded & preferably a seasoned flatmate (clean, tidy, considerate etc) and down to chill out during the week nights but also keen to grab a pint at the local every once in a while!

Rent is £1100pcm which does not include bills. The room is available from mid October however this date is flexible.
