Seeking a 3rd flatmate to complete our friendly home from home apartment kindof vibe. We are happy, positive & friendly so we are looking for a 3rd friend to complete our home. ;0)) There are 3 double bedrooms here so a max of 3 people would live here altogether.
Our ideal flatmate would be a young working professional who likes living in a clean environment & is prepared to clean up after themselves.
We also have a cleaner every 2 weeks. So you gather that being clean & tidy & cleaning up after yourself is really important to us.
On the fun side we are 2 young professionals, who work as a senior Software engineer (27) and a logistics manager (24) for a lighting design company, we both work in the city.
This Bedroom is a good sized bright Double with 2 big south facing windows.
~ 2 x Huge Double built in wardrobes,
~ small chest of drawers,
~ large desk, chair, bin,
~ 2 x shelves
~ 2 x bookcases
~ Large mirror and a freestanding floor lamp with 2 bulbs.
The Kitchen is were we socialise & eat together & has all mod cons including
- very large fridge / freezer,
- large washer/dryer,
- dish washer,
- New integrated oven &
~ New hob with fan overhead.
- 6 seater Table
- leads out onto a south facing balcony which also has an antique table & 2 x chairs.
The main Bathroom upstairs has been recently renovated.
You would shared the bathroom & separate Toilet with ONE other person Only.
- FULL length Bath and power shower,
- Sink, mirrored wall cabinet & large Towel rail.
- there are spot lights all around the bath panel
- New daytime ceiling light.
~ 2 X-Large Windows both of which open in Bathroom
The Toilet is separate & has a sink & mirrored cupboard.
You would share this with ONE OTHER PERSON ONLY.
Not available to couples or 2 people sharing a room.
No SMOKERS, or vapers socially or otherwise inside / on the balcony.
No Bikes in the flat, but a Brompton can be folded & kept in your own room.
