Bethnal Green station (central line) is 3 - 4 minutes walk. Stepney Green station (district line) is a 7 - 8 minutes walk. Secure bike storage available on ground floor. Privately owned block, on a safe and well lit main road.

Sharing with a live-in landlord. I am an easy going, professional, 42 years old male. I am tidy and considerate. I enjoy a chat in the evening, and also enjoy my own space. I would prefer a minimum 3 months period, and then a rolling monthly tenancy. But if you have any specific requirements, happy to discuss.

I am looking for a responsible male/female of 29 years and upwards, who will treat the place as their own. I cannot accommodate cats, but happy to consider a well trained dog.
