Spacious, bright double room available for a single person in a split level large 2 bed apartment 5 mins walk from Bethnal Green tube station in a private gated development. Bethnal Green tube is 1 tube stop (3 minutes) from Liverpool Street Station in the heart of the City.

The apartment has 2 large bathrooms which both have a bathtub, shower, w. c. and washbasin. There is a huge shared living room.

Bills aren't included and your share will come to around £150 (variable depending on the time of year).

I am sociable but not a party animal and enjoy sharing a meal and a chat sometimes with my flatmate.

The apartment has a covered bike rack in the large communal courtyard.

It is located a short walk from Shoreditch and the historic markets of Brick Lane and Colombia Road. There is plenty of local green space as Victoria Park and the beautiful Regents Park Canal are a short walk away.
