Description
Property is very centrally located in Zone 1 London, right opposite Liverpool Street Station (EC2M 4NR) with connections across the city as well as across the country with long distance trains.
Tesco (open till midnight everyday) & Boots are right downstairs for any groceries. Many food shops and cafes and restaurants nearby. Spitalfields market is a just 4min walk away as well.
I am travelling for a couple months and would want someone to cover for me. Reach out if you’re interested.
Dates - 25th September to 31st October for now but can possibly be extended for another month (I can confirm the extension by early October)
Short Let : I’ll need a £500 booking deposit which i will refund in full at the end of your stay unless - there’s any damages/pending bills OR if you cancel/do not show up at the apartment at all. Remaining rent on move-in day.
All bills to be settled at month end (electricity, heating, water, WiFi) & council tax (£100/month fixed) to be paid with rent.
You can pay the rent & bills monthly as you’re around, the due date cycle is 25th of each month.
You’ll need your own bed sheets, blanket & pillows, the bed & mattress are brand new, just arrived last week, so please be careful with maintenance of the same.

Kitchen is fully equipped (glass cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, washer-dryer) and you’re welcome to use any of the crockery/utensils & appliances as well with reasonable care. Living room is also furnished.
You will have access to all the things but cupboard’s overhead storage will be full and there will be some items of mine under the bed, since I’m only travelling I cannot move everything out.
Long let : I’m also possibly moving out of London in a couple months so also considering a complete tenancy takeover for remaining contract until June 2026, DM for details in which case I will completely move out my stuff too. (All UK tenancy laws will apply in this case)
