I have a single room available for rent in a beautiful and spacious flat in Blackheath. The flat is gorgeous, wooden floors througout, high ceilings, sash windows, original shutters with original fireplaces and a huge 18 foot living room. For those of you who love your creature comforts, the bathroom is also one of my favourite rooms, with its wooden floors and sloping ceiling, it's the perfect place for a peaceful candle-lit bath.

The room itself is smallish, hence the low rent, but the size and dimensions of the whole flat make up for it and there is plenty of storage space available. The rent includes all bills and a cleaner.

Bikes are welcome.

You will also have access to a shared garden, which is handy during the summer!

The flat itself is very well located, right on the Shooters Hill Road in the heart of Blackheath, and next to Greenwich Park.

It's a 15 minute bus ride to North Greeenwich, the nearest tube station, and 15 minutes walk to Blackheath overground, across the heath. There are also plenty of regular buses which stop outside the front door.

Blackheath itself is beautiful, think big green open spaces (great if you're a runner), with lots of trendy cafes, restaurants and boutiques in Blackheath Village. Historic Greenwich is also a stone's throw away, with it's famous market and a Picturehouse Cinema and more pretty shops and restaurants.

You will be sharing with me, Nana, 35, a female legal professional who works for an investment bank. Friends would describe me as fairly outgoing and sociable - I'm out most evenings and weekends but do enjoy coming back to my cosy haven to relax. The ideal person to share with would be someone who's fairly relaxed and freindly, relatively independant and happy to do their own thing, but also happy to share a bottle of wine and catch up.
