Double En-suite Room (£758 rent PCM):
Large, light double bedroom to the rear of the property backing onto a church. Pics don't do justice to the size of the room.
It has two lovely tall windows. Neutral décor including pale grey blackout blinds and cream carpet. This room has is very own en-suite bathroom with HUGE walk in shower, loo, hand basin, mirror and shelving.
It’s a really spacious room and easily takes a king-size bed - it’s unfurnished but could come partially furnished with wardrobe and tall chest of drawers (you may speak to current flatmate & discuss cost. Might also be a bed available too).

The Flat:
A modern, first floor property; the flat has a lovely large open plan kitchen/ lounge which is great for eating and relaxing. There’s a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer and your own kitchen cupboard space.
We have a nice (live out) landlady who manages the flat via Winkworth estate agent.
Parking is available outside the property however you would need to apply to Lewisham council for costs and conditions.

The vibe:
It’s a friendly, peaceful, (fairly) grown-up home so looking for someone who is respectful of privacy and considerate of keeping communal areas clean and tidy. Someone happy to catch up in the lounge over a cuppa (or beers/ wine) and watch the occasional film with a take-out but also has their own thing going on too.

The cost:
Rent for Double En-suite Room is £758.34 PCM plus bills.

It's £100 PCM approx for your share of bills. Bills are split equally 3 ways between occupants and obvs. dependent upon usage. Bills covered include Council Tax, fibre broadband, gas, electricity and water. If you want to watch ‘live’ TV or BBC iPlayer then a TV license will need to be purchased.

The area:
Local amenities include Gail's Bakery, local butcher's, quality deli and lots of eateries, cafes and pubs. There’s a Farmers market on Sundays. Also a large Sainsbury’s 10 mins away.
Transport links are excellent – bus stops directly outside and trains over the road to London Bridge (12mins) Waterloo (18mins) Victoria (27mins). DLR from Lewisham.
