We’ve got two double rooms available in our terrace house in Blackheath Village, SE3.

Room 1 - £688 p/m
Room 2 - £713 p/m

Bills: Approx. £150 p/m

The house is three-storeys; Room 1 is on the top floor, along with two of the other three bedrooms. There is a shared shower room for the top floor, with a separate toilet.

Room 2 is on the ground floor. There is a separate shower/loo on the same floor. Please note, access to the washer and dryer (in the garage), is through this room. In the past this hasn't been an issue. This room also has access to the back garden.

Both rooms come with a bed and mattress.

We have a large open-plan living room with dining area, and a decent sized kitchen with a dishwasher. The living room is particularly welcoming (see pics), and is also home to a big record collection, plenty of art books, and a smart-TV with all the streaming services.

The house also has a washing machine, dryer, and off-street parking space.

We live close to the centre of Blackheath Village, and are spoilt for transport connections - Blackheath Station connects to London Bridge, Waterloo, Charing Cross, & Victoria, all in good time, as well as decent bus connections to surrounding South East London areas, such as New Cross or Greenwich.

You’ll be sharing the house with - Jack (designer, 25) and George (film industry, 26).

We enjoy watching movies, going to the pub, or seeing mates who live nearby. The ideal housemate would be a laid back, tidy, likeminded individual (no couples, sorry), who’ll be up for a laugh & a pint, who shares our tastes, and who doesn’t take themselves too seriously.
