Bright and airy double room for rent - 6m contract

Hi :)

I’m looking for a short term lodger for a six month contract. It’s a large Edwardian semi detached house, and the room available is a bright and airy fully furnished double room (including a desk and desk chair in case you need to work from home). There’s also use of a big sitting room and kitchen, the garden, the balcony and you can park in the front drive way if you have a car. It’s £750 pcm including all bills (council tax, gas, electricity, wifi, cleaner, gardener, tv license, Netflix etc).

Transport links are pretty decent - it’s either a 10 minute bus to North Greenwich tube station (jubilee line), a 15 min walk to Westcombe Park station (thameslink to Blackfriars/city thameslink/Farringdon/st Pancras in less than 30 mins), or a 20 min walk to Blackheath station (south eastern rail to London Bridge, Waterloo east, Charing Cross, Cannon Street or Victoria in less than 30 mins).

I’m an accountant and I work in the city, but I tend to work from home a couple of days a week. I’m usually out of the house quite a lot but would be keen to live with someone friendly who’s up for the occasional coffee/glass of wine!
