Beautiful Double Room with a Garden

I’m sadly moving out of this place to move closer to my office. A double bedroom with a large communal living room, kitchen and a shared bathroom. Access to the garden which is well maintained and well used with BBQs with friends or sunbathing in the summer.

The room is larger than it seems with high ceilings. The room benefits of staying cool in the summer and retains heat in the winter, I rarely need to put the heating on. The kitchen is shared with another with ample of storage space for food and utensils. A washing machine/dryer and a dishwasher.

The living room is large with sofas and a nice dining table. Can be rearranged to your liking. Two large storage rooms for any suitcase, or large boxes, ironing board etc.

There is on site parking and access to the garage (although this is shared with the flats above). Side access to the garden but the current housemate also has direct access from his room. Garden is fairly large, green, and well maintained.

The flat mate James is a very easy going guy, friendly and a good laugh. He works in the office everyday so no overlap if you choose to work from home yourself.

There is a large Tesco 5 minutes walk away next to Lewisham station. The station can get you to London Bridge in 8 minutes or you can get a DLR to Canary Wharf in 10/15 minutes. Greenwich Park and Blackheath Village is just 10/15 minutes up the road and the area hosts some of the most beautiful houses I have seen in London.
