Flat share - large en-suite in a two storey flat

A very large en-suite double bedroom (formerly a studio apartment in its own right) available in a beautiful location close to Lewisham, Greenwich and Blackheath transport links.

We are live in landlords but split time between London and the Midlands, so the majority of the time the lodger will be the single occupant. We are looking to welcome a mature student, professional or couple to move into our house.

The bedroom is in a two-storey apartment within a period conversion and is upstairs from the rest of the living areas, providing lots of privacy. We are close to lots of green space and there is also a large communal garden.

The kitchen is shared and includes a gas oven, hob and dishwasher. The lodger is able to use all of the household appliances, crockery, cutlery and pots/pans . The lodger will have space in the fridge/freezer and cupboards for their own food and drink.

We enjoy travel, good food and sports. Our ideal flatmate is someone who is easy-going, respectful, clean and tidy. We have a professional cleaner attend fortnightly which is included in the monthly rent.

The bedroom is a light spacious area with plenty of storage space and we are open to accept requests for furnishings. It currently has a sofa bed in but we would buy a bed of your choice if you prefer that.

Bills included
The following bills are included: Council Tax, High-Speed Fibre Broadband, Electricity/Gas, cleaner every two weeks. Please note that the price shown is based on WFH up to 2 days per week. Should you need to WFH on a more frequent basis, an additional contribution to bills will need to be agreed.
