1 bed apartment Blackheath / Lewisham summer let

Hi, I’m renting my 1 bedroom flat in Blackheath for July / August (if you need September also that can be arranged) while I’m away. I am flexible with dates, though it would need to be a minimum of 1 month. I own the flat and it’s recently been refurbished, I’m looking for someone responsible who will take care of the place, and who will be respectful of neighbours and quiet. It’s sparsely furnished in the sitting room but all new in the bedroom, I’d make space to store your clothes. Two bathrooms (separate toilet and shower) and a separate kitchen. It gets beautiful light and is very quiet. 10 mins walk from either Blackheath and Lewisham (station & DLR), which is 8 mins to London Bridge.
