•Master bedroom with en-suite (shower)
•Unfurnished, spacious, and full of natural light
•Built-in wardrobe
The Flat & Extras:
•2 bathrooms – no sharing! You’ll have your own en-suite, and I have my own bathroom.
•Small but functional kitchen (washing machine & dishwasher)
•Spacious & bright living room (I have a desk & some shelves but open to rearranging)
•Storage space for vacuum, laundry racks, etc.
•Parking available car and bicycles (private space & visitor spots in the gated area)
•Access to a lovely communal garden
I’m a creative person with lots of interests and a hybrid work schedule, so some days I’ll be working from home, and others I’ll be out for long hours. I love plants, and the flat has a few that I enjoy taking care of. I also love cooking, so the kitchen gets good use!
I’d love to find a friendly and easygoing flatmate, ideally 30-45 years old with a full-time job. This is a no-smoking, no couples, no party flat, but I'd like a warm, relaxed atmosphere—sharing the occasional dinner or glass of wine is always welcome!
For cleaning, I’m open to a rota or hiring a cleaner twice a month if we both agree.
