Hello! Looking for a 4th girl to fill the last room in a gorgeous Edwardian house we've signed for in Blackheath. Move in is around the 20th of May, but exact date TBC.

It's a small, bright double room on the top floor of a 3 storey house, exact measurements on the floorpan are 2.96m (9ft 9in) x 2.71m (8ft 11in), and it's unfurnished. It's got a cute fireplace, is facing the back garden & lots of trees!

The rent is £725 without bills, and the house is council tax band E. The house has got a huge living/dining room, 1 main bathroom, 1 extra toilet, a spacious kitchen with gas hob & dishwasher, a back garden and a basement for extra storage.

The house is on a really beautiful, quiet and leafy road a few minutes' walk from Blackheath high street, station and the heath (!!). Also round the corner from The Dacre Arms which is a lovely old pub to have as a local :)

It's an 8 minute walk to Blackheath station, which can get you to London Bridge in 14 mins, Peckham in 12 mins and New Cross in 9 mins for the overground. It's a 20 minute walk or few mins on the bus to Lewisham station which is also well connected for central and has also got the DLR.

In the house it'll be 3 other girls. Kerrie is 28 and works as a photographer and art director, Orla is 29 and works as an art technician in a school as well as running a craft/upcycling business, and Ruby is a writer and works behind the scenes in theatre.

A bit about us:
Love having a cuppa and a chat! We drink a lot of tea, also love a movie/weird documentary night. You can usually find us out at exhibitions, charity shops, pubs, the occasional club, having an arty night in, or somewhere outdoors. We're also trying to be gym girlies lol so anyone who's down to join is v welcome :)

We like to keep a clean, tidy and homey space, and we're all good friends - looking for someone who's looking to hopefully become a friend as well as a housemate !
