Hello! looking for a 4th person to fill the last room in our gorgeous townhouse in Lewisham, on the edge of Blackheath. Wanting to keep it to the girls/gays/theys :)

It's a bright double room on the 1st floor of a 3 storey house, exact measurements on the floorpan are 2.96m (9ft 9in) x 2.71m (8ft 11in), and it's unfurnished. It's got a cute fireplace, is facing the back garden & lots of trees!

The rent is £725 without bills, and the house is council tax band E. Bills come to around £130 each per month. The house has got a huge living/dining room, 1 main bathroom, 1 extra toilet, a spacious kitchen with gas hob & dishwasher, a back garden and a basement for extra storage. The house on the whole is so sunny and bright, there are huge sash windows in every room as well as fireplaces in most rooms (including the bathroom !!)

The house is on a really beautiful, quiet and leafy road a few minutes' walk from Blackheath high street, station and the heath (!!). Also round the corner from The Dacre Arms which is a lovely old pub to have as a local :) and a 20 min walk to the centre of Lewisham.

It's an 8 minute walk to Blackheath station, which can get you to London Bridge in 14 mins, Peckham in 12 mins. It’s about a 15 min bus to New Cross for the overground, 20 min bus to North Greenwich for Jubilee line, and Lewisham station is well connected with DLR & trains.

In the house it's 3 other girls and a grumpy old man cat. Kerrie is 28 and works as a photographer and art director & is currently learning to tattoo, Orla is 29 and works as an art technician in a school as well as running a craft/upcycling business, and Ruby is 25 and a writer, as well as working behind the scenes in theatre.

I’ve also attached a pic of Ruby’s room with the bed in it - she has the room above & it’s the exact same size/layout as the empty one so you can see what it’s like in proportion to a double bed!

A bit about us:
Love having a cuppa and a chat! We drink a lot of tea, also love a movie/weird documentary night. You can usually find us out at exhibitions, charity shops, pubs, sometimes clubs, having a night in with a book, or somewhere outdoors. We're also trying to be gym girlies lol so anyone who's down to join is v welcome :)

We like to keep a clean, tidy and homey space, and we're all good friends - looking for someone who's looking to hopefully become a friend as well as a housemate !
