Blackheath Station provides direct services to London Bridge (12 minutes), Waterloo, Charing Cross, Victoria and Cannon Street. Lewisham Station and DLR are nearby, offering easy access to Canary Wharf, Bank and Stratford, while regular buses and the Superloop provide further connections across London.
The room overlooks the garden and is situated on the middle floor of the house. It benefits from access to a shared shower room and fully equipped kitchen. All bills are included, and a regular cleaner helps keep the house comfortable and welcoming.
The property is home to me and my daughter, who will be studying in the USA for the coming academic year. I work mainly from home and value a calm, respectful environment. This is very much a home rather than a house share and would suit a considerate professional looking for somewhere peaceful to return to after work.
Two friendly cats, Millie and Angus, also live here.
While I am open to discussing full-time occupancy, my preference is for a Monday-to-Friday arrangement and I would be happy to offer a reduced rate for weekday-only accommodation.
