Spacious double room with beautiful view

A really good sized double room in a calm, peaceful location. The road goes directly onto Blackheath Common and Greenwich Park so you're immediate walking distance from a nice walk and great views. Westcombe Park train station is 15mins walk away. Bus stops less than 2mins away go to North Greenwich station (Jubilee Line) New Cross, Deptford, Woolwich, Lewisham, Blackheath.

The house is made up of four flats each with two or three rooms/people who all share a garden and are friendly and occasionally will have a garden party or Christmas social.

The room available is the middle sized room in the top flat. (Up a few flights of big shared stairs). There is potential for parking on the large drive but must be negotiated with the other three flats and tenants. There is space downstairs to store a bike and people are very good at taking in parcels and post/safe place to leave deliveries. There is a huge garden that is owned by the landlord (a local church) which all tenants are allowed to use...garden parties, outdoor work from home, sunbathing etc...

The flat is very spacious with a large hallway, living room, very spacious kitchen with ample work surfaces. Kitchen has a microwave, air fryer, electric hob and fan oven, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer. Other flatmates also have a coffee machine which could be shared through communication. It's an old house so has large open windows which let in light and a good breeze. (They've recently been refitted with double glazed safety glass so should be warmer in winter but as it's an old house it can get chilly). Shared bathroom with bath/shower. Also a second separate toilet.

The room is cosy and recently repainted. It's back of the house overlooking the garden and treetops of Greenwich Park. It's north facing but gets a nice sunset. I currently have a large Japanese style platform bed (which I'll be taking sorry) but shows how much space there is in the room.

The two remaining flatmates are met police officers in London. They occasionally have unsocial work hours i. e. coming back in at 3am or needing quiet in the flat from 8pm.

Bills are split equally. Currently they range from £130 in summer to £160 in winter. Includes water, council tax, electric and gas, wifi.
