Double door fridge freezer, loads of space for food.

2 bathrooms (3 toilets).

Plenty of storage, the house has a garden with sofas and BBQ and a shed for extra storage.

Very quiet neighbourhood, mostly house owners. 3 parks nearby + Walthamstow marshes, wetlands, great for morning/evening runs & walks, even fishing.

5min walk to the high street (banks, supermarkets, food market, pound bowls, pound shops etc)
